If, Stratus accepts the changes to finalize <br /> them, then I will allow the pilot study to proceed prior to issuance of the permit. I <br /> will review the pilot study report to see if a permit is needed at a future date. <br /> Please note that the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department is the lead <br /> regulatory agency for the case, and will review and provide approval for the technical <br /> aspects of the cleanup.
