If you look on the permit application, directly under Well Permit Application, it states that"Non-refundable <br /> permit expires 1 year from date issued." <br /> I sent an email to Jim Barton of the California Regional Water Quality Control card Central Valley Region at the <br /> close of 2010 and asked if he had received the Notice,of Intent(injection permit application), draft,monitoring and <br /> reporting program (MRP), and another form included in an e-mail from Jim Barton to Sarah Salcedo dated 23 <br /> November 2010.
