Received SJCEHD correspondence dated July 21, 2010 regarding the Work Plan for Pilot-Scale <br /> 03IH2O2 Injection Test, dated June 22, 2010. In this letter, SJCEHD approved of the scope of work <br /> included in the work plan, but requested that RWQCB's approval be obtained prior to implementing <br /> the plan. <br /> i <br /> WORK PROPOSED FOR NEXT QUARTER(Fourth 2010): <br /> 1. Proceed with implementation of the 90-day 03/H2 02 injectionpilot test, once RWQCB concurrence <br /> of the work plan is received. <br /> 2. Conduct semi-annual groundwater monitoring and sampling activities. During this event, wells <br /> MW-1, MW-2, and MW-5 will be gauged, purged, and sampled. Groundwater samples will be <br /> analyzed at a state-certified analytical laboratory for gasoline range organics (GRO), by EPA <br /> Method SW8015B/DHS LUFT Manual, and for benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, and total xylenes <br /> (BTEX) and methyl tert-butyl ether (MTBE) and tertiary butyl alcohol (TBA) by EPA Method <br /> SW8260B.
