The Site is bounded by businesses to the east, west and south and West Hammer <br /> Lane to the north. The surrounding land use is commercial. <br /> Site History/Assessments <br /> In January 2000, UST leak identified during system upgrade. To date, seven monitoring wells <br /> have been installed and monitored regularly.
