Conduct Well Survey <br /> Task 2 Obtain Boring Permits and Encroachment Permits; <br /> (7 Task 3. Advance borings and perform sampling and analysis; and <br /> �! Task 4. Groundwater Investigation Report Preparation (to include operating history of site <br /> USTs). <br /> WORK DESCRIPTION <br /> Task 1. Conduct Well Survey <br /> ATC will attempt to obtain information regarding the location and construction of domestic, G <br /> municipal and agricultural wells within 2,000 feet of the subject site. This information will be <br /> included within the Groundwater Investigation Report. <br /> Task 2. Obtain Boring Permits and Encroachment Permits <br /> Encroachment permits for drilling within the City of Stockton right-of-way along West Hammer <br /> Lane and Mariners Drive will be obtained from the City of Stockton Public Works Department. <br /> In accordance with City of Stockton requirements, a copy of ATC's insurance certificate naming <br /> the City of Stockton as additional insured will be placed on file with the City, and a deposit in <br /> the amount of 5128 will be issued to the City.
