(ATC)
for the above-referenced site. During the quarterly sampling events in 2010, contaminants
of concern have not been detected in groundwater samples collected from monitoring well
MW-11, installed in January 2010 to delineate the vertical extent of petroleum hydrocarbon
contamination down-gradient of the source area. Contaminants of concern were either not
detected or detected at very low concentrations in soil samples collected at 12 feet below
surface grade (bsg) from soil borings SB4 and SB5 in January 2010.
In light of these analytical results, the EHD notified ATC by e-mail on 14 February 2011, to
submit a Case Closure Summary and include an estimate of the time it will take before the
groundwater contaminant concentrations at this site will return to water quality goals.
If you have any questions regarding this letter, please contact Vicki McCartney at (209)
468-9852 or by email at vmccartney@sjcehd.com.
Sincerely, C/
Victoria L.
