At that time you said ti-,at your agency may be able to help <br /> us obtain the necessary access. <br /> On October 7, 1991, after obtaining the addresses of near by properly owners from the County <br /> Assessors Office,we sent out letters to these owners. To date,the only response we have received <br /> was in the form of a phone call from Mr.Carl Thompson on October 10, 1991 at 1:45 p.m.,in which <br /> he said he would not give us permission to enter his property for the propose of this investigation. <br /> I have enclose.a copies of the letters we sent to these property owners, as well as copies of the Tax <br /> Assessors Map and Property Owners Appraisal list. On the assessors mala and list, I have <br /> highlighted the near by properties in blue and the Quik Stop property in yellow. <br /> For our information,we are currently providing requested information to the City o£Stockton for the <br /> e. The City has been cooperative with <br /> purpose of obtaining an encroachment permit to Hammer Lan <br /> us to date and we do not foresee any problems. <br /> I wish to thank you for your offer of help in obtaining access to near by properties.
