The tank complex.will be exposed:W W, ' <br /> I <br /> u A. TLV readings will be constantly monitored. i <br /> B. A foam agent will be used to reduce the possibility of sparking. <br /> C. A fan will be on site to ventilate the working area i <br /> i <br /> 2. The backfill material and fuel will be removed: <br /> A. A super sucker(vacuum truck)will remove theea <br /> p gravel,and fuel. <br /> y B. All liquid fuel will be hauled(with manifest)from the site. '- <br /> V C.
