i
12.5 feet to I foot bgs. The well MW-9 was secured at the surface with a flush-mounted, traffic-rated
well box. Well construction details are presented in Figure 3.
Soil cuttings from the borings and the wells were placed in three Department of Transportation (DOT)
approved 55-gallons drums, and one 5-gallon bucket, and will be disposed of by Integrated
Wastestream Management, Inc. (IWM) upon receipt of laboratory analytical results for total lead.
ATC retained Morrow Surveying, a California-licensed surveyor, to survey the newly installed
monitoring wells. Morrow Surveying visited the site on August 29, 2001 to determine the well head
elevations relative to existing on-site and off-site wells. The survey data is presented in Appendix E.
The wells will be developed and groundwater samples will be collected from the wells at the time of
the next regularly scheduled quarterly groundwater-monitoring event for the site.
ialn P•.ga..lOUIli.9T6P1Qti
9
URREPOR11111"'"S-11&nnC•.nJ Wdl In.eullamn,JK
