t r" 5.0 LABORATORY ANALYSES ' A total of seven soil samples were obtained from soil borings ATC-1 through ATC-6 and submitted to the analytical laboratory for chemical analyses in accordance with ATC's Work Plan. Groundwater samples were also obtained from the borings and submitted to the analytical laboratory for chemical analyses. 5.1 Soil The soil samples were analyzed for the following: TPH-G in accordance with EPA Test Method 8015M, BTEX in accordance with EPA Test Method 8020, and fuel oxygenates tert-butanol, MTBE, DIPS, ETBE and TAME in accordance with EPA Test Method 8260. TPH-G and BTEX were not detected in any of the soil samples. Tert-butanol was detected in soil samples obtained from ATC-5-18' and ATC-6. MTBE was detected in soil samples obtained from ATC-1, ATC-5-18', and ATC-6. The analytical results for soil samples are presented in Table 1 and Table 2. Copies of the signed laboratory analytical reports and chain- of-custody forms are provided in Appendix D. 5.2 Groundwater The groundwater samples were analyzed for the following: TPH-G in accordance with EPA Test r Method 8015M, BTEX in accordance with EPA Test Method 8020, and fuel oxygenates tert- butanol, MTBE,DIPE,ETBE and TAME in accordance with EPA Test Method 8260. TPH-G was detected in groundwater samples obtained from ATC-2, ATC-3, and ATC-6. BTEX at least one constituent was present in groundwater samples obtained from ATC-2, ATC-3, ATC-5-20', and ATC-6. Tert-butanol was detected in groundwater samples obtained from ATC- 3, and ATC-5-20'. MTBE was detected in all groundwater samples, except for ATC-4. The analytical results for the groundwater samples are presented in Table 3 and Table 4. A site plan showing select analytes in groundwater is presented as Figure 4.
