GROUNDWATER SAMPLING <br /> On March 6, 1996, groundwater samples were collected, in accordance with Smith <br />' Environmental's Field Protocol (Appendix A) from five of the seven monitoring wells <br /> (MW-1R, MW-2, MW-5, MW-6, and MW-7) The San Joaquin County Public Health <br /> Services (SJCPHS) has approved discontinuing sampling of Monitoring Wells MW-3 <br /> and MW-4 (Resna, February 2, 1993). Groundwater purged from the wells and <br /> equipment decontamination water were placed in a licensed, trailer-mounted container <br /> and transported by Integrated Wastestream Management, a licensed hauler from <br /> Milpitas, California, for disposal at Seaport Environmental, a licensed disposal facility <br /> located in Redwood City, California The volume of groundwater removed from each <br /> well and other measured sampling parameters are noted on the water sampling logs <br /> included in Appendix B The groundwater and decontamination water transportation <br /> and disposal forms are included in Appendix C <br /> r <br /> N[V\W 194 273NOUlK 132 RPT[23 Apr 961 sWrN <br /> 1 <br />
