PHS/EHD has prepared the <br /> following summary which should explain the correction of the responsible parties which are listed. <br /> Richard Blewett had been identified as a responsible party. Actually, he was the trustee for the William S. <br /> r Moss Trust, the property owner. In October 1992, Richard Blewett was pronounced deceased. Richard <br /> Blewett has been removed as a responsible party. Subsequently, Richard Blewett's sister, Carolyn Lawrance, } <br /> was named trustee of the William S.
