Information <br /> for thin particular day can be found in Blaine Tech Servicon Sampling Repo-,.t <br /> 88306-M-3. <br /> i <br /> l SCOPE OF REQUESTED SERVICES <br /> (� In accordance with your request, field personnel mould be dispatched to the <br /> site to observe the removal of three additional ganolinea underground storage <br /> tanks found on the site, coticct samples, arrange for the proper analyses of <br /> the tramples and maintain adequate documentation resulting in the issuance of <br /> a formal Sampling Report. The collection of environmental analplaa was to be <br /> performed in accordance with the requirements of the State Water Resources <br /> Control hoard, Regional Water Quality Control Board, and the specific <br /> directions of the Local Implementing agency (LIA) Inspector present at the <br /> vita at the limn of removal. <br /> EXECUTION OF THE TANK REMOVAL. SAMPLING <br /> Perwnnol from our offices were present at the subject site on Wednesday, <br /> -- — - -Dtecerr6ar-7.-19Sii-to-observe-the-removal of 'znk:--D -E-and F. and to <br /> sail samples from beneath them. These tanks were found during the <br /> instaellntion of groundwater monitoring welts on the subject ails. The <br /> subject site is located within the overall jurisdiction of the Regional Eater <br /> Quality Control Board -- Central Faller Region.
