A description and discussion of groundwater sampling events and results, including
• trends in the concentrations of pollutants and groundwater elevations in wells, how and
• when samples were collected, and whether the pollutant plume(s)is delineated
• 2. Field logs that contain,at a minimum,water quality parameters measured before,
during, and after purging, method of purging, depth of water, and volume of water
• purged
• 3. Groundwater contour maps for all groundwater zones
• 4. Isocontour pollutant concentration maps for all groundwater zones
• 5. Table showing well construction details
• 6. Table showing historical lateral and vertical flow directions and gradients
• 7. Cumulative data tables containing the water quality analytical results and depth to
• groundwater
• 8. Copy of the laboratory analytical data report
• 9. Description of all remedial activities conducted during the year,an analysis of their
• effectiveness in removing pollutants, and plans to improve the remediation system
effectiveness
• 10. Identification of any data gaps and potential deficiencies/redundancies in the
• monitoring system or reporting program
• 11. If applicable,a proposal and rationale for any revisions to the groundwater sampling
• plan frequency and/or list of analytes
• In addition,this report serves as a Ten-year Evaluation and,therefore,includes an
• evaluation of nitrogen concentrations in soil and groundwater over the past 10 years. The
RAP established criteria to be used in determining if phytoremediation is successful at 5,10,
• and 15 years after implementation(CH2M HILL,2000b).The criteria for success of
• phytoremediation at 10 years are as follows:
• • Stabilized and possibly decreased concentrations of nitrogen in groundwater
• • An indication that natural processes continue to affect nitrogen concentrations in soil
•
•
•
•
•
• RDD1112370001(CAH5003.00CX) 3-1
niwnaavoo
•
•
•
