Approvals from the City of Stockton will be forwarded to you as soon as <br /> they are available. <br /> The following support our permit application and are included in this package: <br /> • Four separate check,each in the amount of$89,for each parcel that we are requesting <br /> permits for. <br /> • Four separate permit applications. <br /> • Correspondence with the Regional Board regarding well installation plans. <br /> • Access agreements with the Railway and the Port of Stockton. <br /> • Health and Safety Plan, 11/97 <br /> • Monitoring Well Installation Work Plan,9/98 <br /> The following documents are also included to complete the information repository that is <br /> maintained in your office.
