The only comment received was a <br /> request that the landowner, the Munzer Family Trust, not be named on the final MRP. The Board's <br /> attorney has agreed that the Trust need not be named, as long as it continues to grant access to the property for <br /> investigative and remedial actions. Therefore,the Munzer Family Trust was removed from the final MRP. <br /> We understand that the other parties are satisfied with the draft MRP and do not wish to comment. <br /> Therefore, enclosed is Monitoring and Reporti ig Program No. 97-805.
