Facility <br /> operations have resulted in fertilizer contamination of the soil and groundwater at the facility. The extent <br /> of contamination is not yet fully defined. R Prior to construction of any new groundwater monitoring or extraction wells or any new vapor <br /> monitoring or extraction wells, the Discharger shall submit plans and specifications to the Board for <br /> review and approval. Once installed, all new wells shall be added to the monitoring program and shall be <br /> sampled and analyzed according to the schedule below- <br /> GROUNDWATER GROUNDWATER MONITORING <br /> There are four shallow monitoring wells at the site, as shown in Figure 1. The groundwater monitoring <br /> program for wells KP-1 through KP-4, and any wells installed subsequent to the adoption of this Order, <br /> shall include the list below.
