GP-88-31 <br /> ---------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> This referral is for a General Plan Map Amendment only. When <br /> preparing your response , please focus on land use and related <br /> issues ; it is not appropriate at this point to respond with <br /> recommended conditions of approval that pertain to the underlying <br /> project . At a later date, you will have an opportunity to com- <br /> ment on the underlying project , which is a large Recreational <br /> Vehicle Park and Marina that may include the following uses: <br /> 1106 RV spaces , restrooms, laundry rooms, play areas, <br /> swimming pools, convenience store , restaurant , bar , <br /> nightclub, boat works, RV and boat storage, boat sales , <br /> houseboat rental , service station, and canvas sales. <br /> The application for the underlying project has not yet been sub- <br /> mitted. Upon submittal , it will be referred out to various agen- <br /> cies for response.
