The laboratory In-house OC program will <br /> include analysis Of apVtod 88mPlan. All GC samples will be <br /> assigned Indepondant sample numbers and made <br /> Indiatinquinhable, from non QC namplen. <br /> When sampling groundwater, travel blanks will be used to <br /> detect the introduction of contaminants during <br /> transportation from the field to the laboratory. The travel <br /> blanks will be provided by the analytical laboratory. They <br /> will ba taken to tho field and accompany the collected <br /> groundwater campljg to tho laboratory for analysis. Tho <br /> blanks will consist of doionizod water and analytically <br /> confirmed organic-froo water. The blank is numbered, <br /> packaged, and coaled in the same mannar an the other <br /> samplas. <br /> Ton Percent of the water samples submitted to the laboratory <br /> for analyajq will be duplicates. Water sample duplicates <br /> will be created by filling twO sample bottles from the well <br /> bailer. If more than one bailer volume In required, etch <br /> bailer volu.ma will be Split between containers. <br /> 4.0 Sample Preservation <br /> Sample containers will I'z Pro-cooled and transported to the <br /> site In the cooler. All samples will be Preserved as <br /> indIcatal Or, Table I and Placed In a cooler Immediately <br /> after collv;itlon. Chemical Ice sealed In plastic bags will <br /> be used I" the cooler to cool and maintain <br /> temperatuxe of 40C. samples at a <br /> A high-low thermometer will accompany <br /> the samples to document transport conditions.
