CHRONOLOGY <br /> SAN JOAQUIN CATHOLIC CEMETERY <br /> HARDING WAY & CEMETERY LANE <br /> LOP SITE CODE: 1582 <br /> APN: 1272002 <br /> 11/17/89 Date that EHD staff observed the removal of two underground storage <br /> tanks (USTs), a'5 00-gallon and a 1000 gallon UST that contained <br /> gasoline. Soil samples were collected and gasoline contamination was <br /> found beneath the 1000 gallon UST. EHD filed an unauthorized release <br /> report and a Notification of Hazardous Waste Discharge form. <br /> 07/20/90 Date the site was placed in the Local Oversight Program. <br /> 8/13-14190 Four soil borings and one monitoring well MW-I (screened 65-80 feet) <br /> were completed during this time in the area of the former USTs. <br /> 01/30/91 Date of report for August 1990 work. <br /> 5/5-6/92 MW-2 and MW-3 (screened 61-76 feet) were installed during this time. <br /> 07/09/92 Date of summary Report for installation of MW2 and MW3. <br /> 5/26-27/94 MW-4 and MW-5 (screened 55-75 feet)were installed during this time <br /> because groundwater had risen above the top of the screen in the <br /> previously installed monitoring wells. <br /> 07/08/94 Date of Summary Report on the installation of MW4 and MW5. <br /> 4/18-20195 Soil vapor extraction.(SVE)wells, VW1S and VW2S (screened 6-28 feet), <br /> VW1D and VW2D (screened 33-71.5 feet), and VW3 and VW4 (screened <br /> 6-31.5 feet) were installed during this time. <br /> 05/09/95 A SVE pilot test and a feasibility study were conducted this date. <br /> 06/29/95 Date of Environmental Assessment Report covering April 1995 work, <br /> results of vapor extraction test and recommends monitoring wells be used <br /> as air sparge wells. <br /> 05/09/96 Date of Environmental Health Department letter concurring with using <br /> vapor extraction as a corrective action alternative. <br /> i <br /> 04/28/98 MW-6 and MW-7 (screened 30-60 feet)were installed on this date. <br /> i <br />
