Selected soil samples were kept on ice and delivered under chain-of-custody documentation to
State-certified Argon-Laboratones-Inc-(ELAP Cert -No 2359) in Ceres, California for chemical
analysis Selected soil samples were analyzed by Argon Laboratones for TPHg by EPA method
8015 modified, BTEX by EPA method 8020, methyl tertiary butyl ether (MTBE), tertiary amyl
methyl ether (TAME), tertiary butyl ether (TBA), ethyl tertiary butyl ether (ETBE), di-isopropyl
ether (DIPE), 1,2-dichloroethane -(1,2-DCA), and ethyl dibromide (EDB) by EPA method 8260,
and total lead The analytical results for soilsamples are sumnianzed in Table 1 Laboratory
data sheets and chain-of-custody documentation are included in Appendix B
25 Groundwater Sampling and Analysis
On November 18, 2005, one groundwater sample was collected from SB10 from a depth, of
approximately 47 feet bgs The groundwater sample was placed on ice and delivered under
chain-of-custody documentation to Argon Laboratories for chemical analysis The groundwater
sample was analyzed for TPHg by EPA method 8015 modified, BTEX by EPA method 80218,
and MTBE, TAME, TBA, ETBE, RIPE, 1,2-DCA, and EDB by EPA method 8260B The
analytical results for groundwater samples are summarized in Table 2 Laboratory data sheets
and chain-of-custody documentation are included in Appendix B
On December 5, 2005, a groundwater sample was collected from SB 11 and SB 12 from depths of
approximately 45 to 50 feet bgs The groundwater samples were placed on ice and delivered
under chain-of-custody documentation to Argon Laboratories for chemical analysis The
groundwater samples were analyzed for TPHg by EPA method 8015 modified, BTEX by EPA
method 8021B, and MTBE, TAME, TBA, ETBE, DIPS, 1,2-DCA, and EDB by EPA method
8260B The analytical results for groundwater samples are summarized-in Table 2 Laboratory
