Overall Site Hazard Summary: LOW <br /> 1 <br /> 7.0 SITE CONTROLS <br /> An exclusion area will be established using caution tape or another suitable physical <br /> 1 barrier if it is deemed necessary to restrict access while performing field activities <br /> Inside the exclusion area, a contamination reduction area (CRA) will be established <br /> through which all workers must enter and exit. Personnel leaving the exclusion area <br /> will undergo the decontamination procedures outlined in item 13 of Appendix B while <br /> in the CRA The CRA also will have a caution tape barrier around it Lined garbage <br /> 1 cans, buckets, wash basins, nonphosphate soap solutions, rinse water and scrub <br /> brushes will be provided in the CRA Decontamination fluids generated during field <br /> work will be drummed in DOT approved drums and transported to an appropriate <br /> disposal facility. <br /> 1 Heavy equipment such as backhoes, loaders and bulldozers must be decontaminated <br /> before leaving the site.
