The results of
tests done on that soil are in California Water Lab, Inc. results sheet
with Lab ID P-60351. This soil remains onsite and has been aerating.
A subsequent .sample of the excavation was taken in June. These results
are noted.on Cal Water Labs result sheet with Lab ID P-65630.
Lincoln Unified requests that:
1) They be allowed to backfill the excavated area.
2) A composite sample be taken from soil stockpiled onsite, submittal
of results to San Joaquin Local Health District. If hydrocarbon values
are sufficiently low Lincoln Unified would like to spread the soil
onsite as a means of disposal .
Please let me know if this is an acceptable proposal .
Sincerely,
PRECISSION INDUSTRIES, INC.
Nicolas Bokides
Operations Manager
NB/pw
Enc.
cc: Allan Patterson, Director of Transportation
Lincoln Unified School District
