It is being proposed, therefore, that your <br /> claim be removed from the Priority List based on the following reason(s): <br /> Section 2811(b)(3) of the UST Cleanup Fund Regulations requires that you comply with <br /> corrective action directives issued by the local regulatory agency. On February 8, 1994, <br /> Fund staff completed a detailed review of your claim at the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Dept.(SJCEHD) and you were deemed out of compliance with their <br /> directives. SJCEHD issued a directive and allowed 90 days for you to comply. The <br /> SJCEHD has no evidence that you have made any effort to comply with their directive. <br /> If you do not agree with this decision, you may request a review within thirty (30) calendar <br /> days of the date of this Notice. Please send any request for review to: <br /> Mr. Dave Deaner, Manager <br /> State Water Resources Control Board <br /> Underground Storage Tank Cleanup Fund <br /> P. 0.
