A revised Exhibit A to conform to the requirements of all <br /> applicable departments prior to issuance of the permit . <br /> 2 . Local Health District: <br /> a . Health District records show an existing septic system <br /> located near or under proposed RV spaces at the north <br /> end of the property. Any proposed RV spaces must be a <br /> minimum of 10 ' from existing septic systems, and the <br /> owner must set aside an equal area not covered with RV <br /> spaces for future expansion of this septic system in <br /> case of failure. In addition, the septic system pro- <br /> posed for the RV sanitation station, restrooms, and <br /> showers must be sized adequately for the proposed usage <br /> and also have a 100 percent replacement area set aside <br /> for future use. The applicant must submit a revised <br /> development plan meeting these conditions. <br /> b. All new septic systems cannot be in a floodway, and the <br /> bottom of the leach lines and/or filter beds must be a <br /> minimum of five ( 5 ) feet above the highest ground water <br /> level . <br /> c. The north well which flooded last year must be disin- <br /> fected and tested for bacteria and chemicals . <br /> 3 . No further building construction or hook-ups in the floodway <br /> (FP-1 area ) . <br /> 4 . Removal of the double-wide mobilehome from the floodway (FP-1 <br /> area ) . <br /> 5. Submittal of an evacuation plan before this Use Permit is <br /> issued. <br /> 6. Approval of the State Reclamation Board prior to issuance of <br /> any permits . <br /> 7. All buildings within the FP-2 zone shall be built to meet the <br /> requirements of the FP-2 zone. <br /> 8 . The minimum driveway width must be twenty-five ( 25 ) feet. No <br /> parking may be permitted along the driveway. <br />
