USE PERMIT APPLICATION <br /> NO. U-84-111 <br /> ACTION w/COnd. <br /> DATE BAs 7-12-84 <br /> USE PERMIT CONDITIONS: <br /> 1. The permitted use shall not, at any time, develop into a nuisance, as herein defined. If, in the <br /> opinion of the Board of Zoning Adjustment,Planning Commission,or Board of Supervisors,any <br /> County Ordinance or State Law or regulations or conditions attached hereto are being violated <br /> in connection with the operation of this use, that they retain the power to revoke or modify this <br /> permit. For the purposes of this Use Permit, a nuisance is defined as follows: <br /> "Nuisance is defined as anything resulting from unreasonable or unlawful practices <br /> or from neglect which is, or tends to be injurious to health,safety,or public welfare, <br /> or is unsightly or offensive to the senses so as to interfere with the comfortable <br /> enjoyment of life or property in the neighborhood area, as such neighborhood area <br /> is defined by the Planning Commission or Board of'Zoning Adjustment." <br /> 2. The attached Plot Plan is hereby made a permanent part of this approved Use Permit and shall <br /> be identified as "Exhibit A," and all construction, reconstruction, moving, remodeling, or other <br /> structural alteration shall be made in conformity therewith. Any variation from said Plot Plan <br /> shall be first approved by the Planning-Department, Planning Commission,or Board of Zoning <br /> Adjustment. <br /> 3. This Use Permit is granted under the condition that said permit not be transferred within a 90 <br /> day period after the date of approval. <br /> 4. This Use Permit shall lapse and become void after eighteen (18) months unless prior to the <br /> expiration of eighteen (18)months, a Building Permit is issued by the Building Department and <br /> construction, pursuant to the Building Permit, is commenced and diligently pursued tuward the <br /> completion on the site. In addition,this Use Permit shall be null and void if the use(s)permitted <br /> are abandoned or unused for one year. <br /> S. Any construction, reconstruction, moving, remodeling or other alterations <br /> authorized by this Use Permit shall not be commenced or completed until <br /> all permits required by other departments or agencies have been secure(:. <br />
