The State Water Resource Control Board (SWRCB) will invoice you directly for <br /> activities performed under the auspices of the Local UST Oversight Program. The goal of the site <br /> evaluation performed by Public Health Services Environmental Health Division (PHS/EHD) is to certify <br /> closures of underground tank leakage sites. Closure certification occurs only after mitigation activities <br /> are completed. <br /> In addition, the "Regional Board Staff Recommendations For Initial Evaluation and Investigation of <br /> Underground Tanks"and "Appendix A"reporting format and the LUFT Manual shall be utilized as guidance <br /> documents in the preparation of work plans and/or reports. <br /> PHS/EHD has received the Soil Remediation Workplan submitted by Fisch Environmental. As all county <br /> sites are being addressed through the Master Compliance Plan being developed for the county by IT <br /> Corporation and to maintain consistency, please incorporate this proposal into the final Master Compliance <br /> Plan.
