IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING COMPLETION OF WORK PERMITTED HERE N, PEMTTEE SHALL F11L OUT AND MAIL NOTICE OF COMPLETION PROVIDED BY GRANTOR. Permitwe's attention is directed to Seddon 6, 'CONTROL OF MATERIALS'. of the State Standard Specifications. Reference to Engineer in the Stare Standatd Specifications shall include State.representative. Permittee is directed to Standard Specification Section 7-1.11 Preservation of Property,and Business and Professions Cock, Section 8771. Permittee shall physically inspect toe work site and locate survey monuments prior to work commencement. Monuments sball be referenced or reset in accordazuce with Business and Professions Code. This permit is not valid until permittee has obtained permission frsom adjaeant property owners, Utility Companies, Irrigation Districts, Cities, Gonaties, and other affected parties to perform the proposed work. A performance bond in the amount of$4,000.00 shall be posted prior to the start of work. Except when neoe&%ry, as determined by the State mpresmtative,no insxallation,construction equipment or personal vehicles shall operate or park within the traveled way. If existing public or private utilities conflict with the construction of project,PERIv1ITTEE will make necessary arrangemEuts with the owners of such utilities for their protection, relocation or removal. PERMITTEE shall inspect the protection, relocation or removal of such facilities. Total costs of such protection,relocation or removal sbaIl be borne by PERMITTEE in compliance with the teams of the Highway Encroachment Permits, Case Law, Nblic Utility Regrtlations and Property Rights. PERMTI "PM shall reclriirn any utility company performing relocation work in the STATE'S rigbt-of uvay to obtain a State Ener W1nU:nt Permit prior to the performance of said relocation work. Any relocated utilities shall be correctly located and identified on the as-built plans. In addition to the attached General Provisions, the following special provisions am also applicable for installation and monitnring of groundwater monitoring wells: 1. All personnel shall wear hard hats and orange vests, shirts or jackets as appropriate. 4. Unless specifically authorized in this permit, maritings within the riSbt-of-vay shall be temporary. Paint used for marldags shall be wafter soluble and other markers shall be removed upon completion of work. S. Any collected data requested by Caltrans shall be furnished to Caltrans without charge. 6. Vehicles necessary for work may be panned in State Highway righ"f--way off paved shoulders.
