Monuments <br /> sball be referenced or reset in accordazuce with Business and Professions Code. <br /> This permit is not valid until permittee has obtained permission frsom adjaeant property owners, Utility Companies, Irrigation <br /> Districts, Cities, Gonaties, and other affected parties to perform the proposed work. <br /> A performance bond in the amount of$4,000.00 shall be posted prior to the start of work. <br /> Except when neoe&%ry, as determined by the State mpresmtative,no insxallation,construction equipment or personal vehicles shall <br /> operate or park within the traveled way. <br /> If existing public or private utilities conflict with the construction of project,PERIv1ITTEE will make necessary arrangemEuts with <br /> the owners of such utilities for their protection, relocation or removal. PERMITTEE shall inspect the protection, relocation or <br /> removal of such facilities. Total costs of such protection,relocation or removal sbaIl be borne by PERMITTEE in compliance with <br /> the teams of the Highway Encroachment Permits, Case Law, Nblic Utility Regrtlations and Property Rights. Paint used for marldags <br /> shall be wafter soluble and other markers shall be removed upon completion of work. <br /> S. Any collected data requested by Caltrans shall be furnished to Caltrans without charge. <br /> 6. Vehicles necessary for work may be panned in State Highway righ"f--way off paved shoulders.
