<br /> Please find the enclosed Work Plan for Water Well Destruction, dated July 9, 1998, for the subject site.
<br /> Pending approval from the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Division (SJCEHD), Gettler-Ryan
<br /> Inc. (GR)has tentatively scheduled the well destruction for Monday, July 13, 1998. GR has subcontracted
<br /> with Clark Well, Inc. (Clark), C-57 license number#371560, to perform the proposed well destruction.
<br /> Clark has reviewed the enclosed work plan and agrees with the proposed scope of work. Please find the
<br /> enclosed letter from Clark, dated July 9, 1998, indicating their concurrence with the work plan.
<br /> Implementation of the proposed work has been delayed due to unforseen difficulties with subcontractor
<br /> scheduling, review of the camera survey, and subsequent preparation of the enclosed work plan. Due to
<br /> these unforseen circumstances,the proposed scope of work cannot be implemented by the Friday, July 10,
<br /> 1998, deadline proposed in GR's June 18, 1998 letter to the SJCEHD. Therefore GR is requesting a
<br /> deadline be extended to Monday, July 13, 1998, for the implementation of the proposed work.
