The workplan was not received by that date. <br /> On April 6, 1998 PHS-EHD sent another letter requiring the workplan to replace MW-7 <br /> and install the required additional monitoring wells to be submitted within 14 days. <br /> On April 20, 1998, the "Workplan for Additional Site Characterization" was received at <br /> PHS-EHD. This workplan did not contain the requirements PHS-EHD directed in original <br /> correspondence dated February 20, 1998. <br /> In order to discuss your failure to comply with the requirements directed by PHS-EHD, a ' <br /> meeting has been scheduled for May 7, 1998 at 2pm in room 307, 304 E.
