SECOR prepared and submitted the Quarterly Summary Report— Third Quarter <br /> 2005 on December 22, 2005. <br /> 2. Groundwater monitoring and sampling activities were performed by TRC on <br /> November 15, 2005. <br /> 3. SECOR continued operation, and performed maintenance of the OS system. <br /> 4. SECOR prepared and submitted a Work Plan for the Reinstallation of Off-Site <br /> Well MW-14 on December 22, 2005. <br /> NEXT QUARTER ACTIVITIES (First Quarter 2006) <br /> 1. Groundwater monitoring and sampling event will be performed by TRC. <br /> 2. SECOR will operate and perform monthly maintenance of the OS system. <br /> 3. SECOR will supervise the re-installation of well MW-14 in accordance with the <br /> December 22, 2005 Work Plan for the Reinstallation of Off-Site Well MW-1.4. <br /> SECOR will coordinate with TRC to have the well sampled during the first quarter <br /> 2006. <br /> 4. Well MW-21 will be uncovered, raised to grade, and resurveyed by TRC. <br /> =- r 5.
