Warm up times can be greater than 1 hour. <br /> Refer to second page of work order and fill out requested information <br /> 3) Monitor and document ozone readings outside of ozone compound and ozone panel <br /> Since ozone is heavier than air, be sure to monitor for ozone at low points in compound and panel. <br /> If positive ozone readings are encountered, call project manager to discuss possible solutions. <br /> 4) If no positive ozone readings are found, inspect fittings and tubing connection for signs of wear or damage. <br /> Use a tedlar bag to collect vapor sample from sample port on double containment piping for ozone injection line. <br /> Due to meter sensitivity, push vapor out of tedlar bag and carefully check for ozone in vapor sample. <br /> DO NOT check ozone concentration directly from tedlar bag, high ozone concentrations can damage meter_ <br /> 5) Using meter, Monitor for Ozone, 03, along the piping runs, at top of each injection well lid,and within each well box. <br /> Set-up traffic delineators to define work area around each injection well prior to collecting ozone readings. <br /> If positive ozone readings are encountered call project manager to discuss possible solutions. <br /> 6_Sample Monitoring Wells MW-3 and MW-10.Analyze for TPHq, BTEX and MtBE by EPA method 8260. <br /> 7) Before leaving the site check your Ozone badge and note badge color on second parje of work order. <br /> — _8) Call Into the Sacramento office before you leave the site. <br /> 9) Forward field notes and equipment rental forms,to Amy Draffan in Sacramento <br /> Site Safety Plan _ <br /> 03 Meter and Ozone Badge <br /> 12', 9116', and 15116"sockets, pliers, and other mist. tools <br /> Traffic Delineators <br /> Nitrile gloves, COC's, drum labels, etc. <br /> o)zv <br /> P- <br /> Completed By: Date: /F '/OS" <br />
