S E C 0 R <br /> 3. SECOR continued operation, and performed maintenance of the OS system. <br /> SECOR replaced the injection lines from the panel to the wells on September 19, <br /> 2005 to repair leaks and increase system efficiency. The well configuration was <br /> changed, and the system was subsequently restarted. <br /> 4. In accordance with the September 13, 2004 Work Plan for Additional Site <br /> Assessment, SECOR supervised the completion of the installation of wells MW- <br /> 23 and MW-24 on May 17, 2005, and well MW-22 on August 26, 2005. The <br /> results will be summarized as part of a SCM, which will be submitted during the <br /> first quarter 2006. The SCM will include an evaluation of possible remedial <br /> alternatives for addressing dissolved fuel oxygenate impacts downgradient of the <br /> site. <br /> NEXT QUARTER ACTIVITIES (Fourth Quarter 2005) <br /> 1. Groundwater monitoring and sampling event will be performed by TRC. <br /> 2. SECOR will operate and perform monthly maintenance of the OS system. <br /> 3. SECOR will submit a work plan for the replacement of well MW-14, which was <br /> found damaged beyond repair during a site visit on August 17, 2005. <br /> 4. SECOR requested for TRC to uncover and collect groundwater samples from <br /> well MW-21. <br /> LIMITATIONS <br /> This report presents our understanding of existing conditions at the subject site. The <br /> conclusions contained herein are based on the analytical results, and professional <br /> judgment in accordance with current standards of professional practice; no other <br /> warranty is expressed or implied.
