Perform quarterly groundwater monitoring and sampling. <br /> 3. Perform remedial system operation and maintenance. <br /> 4. Reinstall well MW-13 and submit report documenting well reinstallation. <br /> 5. Submit work plan for additional assessment south of well MW-19. <br /> CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS <br /> Based on the second quarter groundwater monitoring and sampling and data collected during <br /> ozone sparge system operation and maintenance, TPHg and MtBE concentrations in <br /> groundwater continue to decline. SECOR recommends that the ozone sparge system continue to <br /> operate and that a work plan be submitted for additional assessment south of well MW-19 to <br /> complete delineation of dissolved petroleum hydrocarbons. <br />
