Reporting <br /> Following receipt and analysis of all data, a report will be prepared which summarizes the <br /> procedures and results associated with the monitoring well installations. The report will be <br /> submitted to Tosco for their use and distribution. <br /> PROJECT STAFF <br /> Mr. Douglas J. Lee, a Registered Geologist in the State of California (R.G. No. 6882) will <br /> provide technical oversight and review of the work and will supervise implementation of field <br /> and office operations. GR employs a staff of geologists, engineers, and technicians who will <br /> assist with the project. <br /> SCHEDULE <br /> Implementation of the proposed scope of work will commence upon receipt of regulatory approval. <br /> As per the recommendations outlined in GR's Subsurface.Investigation Report, dated April 11, <br /> 2002, GR proposes the following schedule for the installation of additional groundwater <br /> monitoring wells. <br /> 1. Offsite access agreements have been obtained, but final approval must be obtained from the <br /> offiste owners prior to installation of the monitoring wells. <br /> 2. The proposed monitoring wells will be installed by May 31, 2002, pending approval of the <br /> offsite owners and the PHS-EHD. <br /> 3. A monitoring well installation report will be submitted by July 26, 2002. <br /> 4. A Corrective Action Plan (CAP) which includes a Feasibility Study will be submitted by <br /> August 30, 2002. <br /> 140193.12-1 <br /> 4 <br />
