5.8 Site Restoration <br /> Following the completion of borings 612, B13 and 1314, the boreholes will be backfilled in <br /> accordance with the SJCEHD permit. <br /> 5.9 Management of Investigation Derived Waste <br /> Investigation derived waste (IDW) consisting of drill cuttings (soil), decontamination fluids, and <br /> well development and purge water will be temporarily contained in Department of Transportation <br /> (DOT)-approved steel 55-gallon drums. Partner will not be identified as the generator of the IDW. <br /> The generator of the IDW will be Heliostockton, who will be responsible for signing any manifests <br /> or bills of ladings with the assistance of Partner. <br /> Partner will arrange to have the IDW drums removed by permitted hauler and disposed of at an <br /> appropriate disposal facility.
