Safety Plan <br /> Contractor- Wayne Perry Inc., <br /> Company Contact- James Alexander 916 646 9680 <br /> Former Shell Property <br /> 434 E Martin Luther King Blvd <br /> Stockton, California <br /> Scope of Work <br /> Drilling and installing monitoring wells for the purpose of collecting soil and water <br /> data. <br /> Hazardous Substance(s) <br /> Potentially hazardous soil and groundwater impacted from Hydrocarbons from <br /> gasoline. <br /> Routes of Exposure are Skin, Eyes, Ingestion and inhalation. <br /> Sysmptoms of Over Exposure are, Irritation of the nose, throat and lungs. <br /> Headaches, dizziness, loss of balance and coordination, and unconsciousness. <br /> A PID that tests the air for volatile levels will be used to monitor the work zone at <br /> all times. All technicians have been trained on safe confined space entry and <br /> follow all guidelines. Our technicians are certified in API and HAZWOPPER <br /> training. All necessary person protection equipment will be used to prevent injury <br /> to workers. <br /> Site Hazards <br /> -High Traffic Area <br />
