Based on the findings of the Phase II and Additional Subsurface investigation Partner on behalf of
Heliostockton submitted a URR to the CVRWQCB on December 7, 2017.
On December 7, 2017, a conference call with the CVRWQCB was held to discuss the appropriate
next steps associated with the Site release case. During the conference call, the CVRWQCB
indicated that three groundwater monitoring wells would need to be installed at the Site to further
assess groundwater contaminant impacts and groundwater flow direction. Additionally, the
CVRWQCB requested that a limited suite of additional soil samples be collected to evaluate
potential impacts to soil from the service station operations.
Additional Site Assessment Work Plan
Heliostockton Property
434 Dr.Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard
Stockton,California
Partner Project Number SM17-191672
RWQCB Case#:392004
January 9,2018
Page 6
