The <br /> active EPA ID number is CAL000368777. The generator and waste sections of the uniform manifest shall be <br /> completed and signed and dated by the generator. The transporter shall also sign and date the manifest. Ensure that <br /> all manifests are properly completed for any transport of a hazardous waste for off-site transfer, treatment, storage or <br /> disposal. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 109 CCR 66262.40(a) Failed to keep signed copy of manifests from the designated facility for three years. <br /> Copies of uniform manifests for the disposal of hazardous waste for November 20, 2012 through December 31, 2013 <br /> were not found on site. Hazardous waste generators shall retain copies of all manifests signed off by the disposal <br /> facility and all receipts used in a consolidated manifesting procedure on site for three years and have them readily <br /> available for review. Immediately locate a copy of all manifests and receipts for the last three years, maintain them on <br /> site, and submit copies to the EHD. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 112 HSC 25160.2(b)(3) Failed to keep copies of consolidated manifesting receipts for three years. <br /> Copies of hazardous waste disposal records for November 20, 2012 through December 31, 2013 were not found on <br /> site. Beginning January 1, 2013, all businesses are required to submit all new(or any changes to existing) <br /> hazardous waste information online to the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov.
