Per the Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration (IS/MND) <br /> the proposed Project consists of a Site Approval application to establish a paved parking <br /> facility for a maximum of 44 truck/trailer units on a 3.16-acre parcel (Project). The site <br /> contains one residence and one mobile home which will remain and are not part of the <br /> Project. No new dwelling units or structure are being proposed. The 3.16-acre parcel is <br /> located on the southwest corner of East French Camp Road and South Harlan Road, in <br /> the community of French Camp (APN/Address: 193-070-07 / 7130 South EI Dorado <br /> Street, French Camp) in San Joaquin County. The District offers the following comments: <br /> District Comments: <br /> 1. An Air Impact Assessment (AIA) application for the District's Rule 9510 (Indirect <br /> Source Review) has been submitted for the Project. It is identified as project number <br /> 20190541. <br /> 2. The Air Quality section of the IS/MND discusses District Rule 9510 Indirect Source <br /> Review (ISR) only in relation to demonstrating that impacts to air quality would be <br /> reduced to less than significant.
