The development includes <br /> NEW JOBS activities such as cultivation, <br /> processing, manufacturing, <br /> $102,569,043 distribution and testing oj' cannabis; <br /> LABOR INCO'.%IF INCREASE a security operations center, an <br /> education and touring facility, and <br /> restaurants. <br /> DP INCREASE <br /> The Special Purpose Plan objectives <br /> I . <br /> provide for the successful, responsive <br /> INDUSTRY and valuable development of this <br /> property in a manner consistent with <br /> the County oj* San Joaquin's General Plan and other applicable planning documents. This Plan <br /> meets all requirements of California Planning Law and represents the results of collaborative <br /> planning efforts by the County, CEQA legal counsel, NBC Equity Fund 1, its designers, <br /> Engineers, environmental consultants, underwriting consultants and service industry <br /> professionals. <br /> 1.1 NRC Equity Fund 1 (NRCEF) <br /> NRCEF is the owner of a 23 Acre Industrial property' more commonly referred to <br /> as the Tuscan Wine Village, a proposed Commercial Cannabis Business Facility. <br /> NRCEE NRCEF will fund improvements to and of the property to include an area <br /> in which to construct Cannabis Cultivation in individual Greenhouses ("Mixed <br /> Light"). The Greenhouses when constructed will be available for lease to those <br /> licensed and qualified groups/entities or persons engaged in Cultivation of <br /> Cannabis. <br /> The total number of Greenhouses comprise an aggregate area of Three Hundred <br /> Thousand square feet (300,000) of canopy area; maximum Canopy area of any one <br /> Greenhouse not to exceed Ten Thousand square feet in area (10,000); <br /> '12470 Locke Road, Lockeford, CA 95237 <br /> Page 5154 <br />
