NRC Equity Fund 1 <br /> • The Company will approve entry by a visitor only after ensuring that proper <br /> approval was granted or after documenting the specific emergency circum- <br /> stances. <br /> • Government identification (e.g., driver's license, agency ID card, etc.) is re- <br /> quired for any visitor entry into the facility. <br /> • The Company security will obtain copy of the government ID and maintain <br /> this s copy with the visitor log. <br /> • All visitors will be issued a visitor identification badge, along with the ap- <br /> propriate holder that is to be worn around their neck. Visitors must display <br /> their visitor identification badge at all times while in the facility. <br /> • All visitor badges will be for identity purposes only and will not be pro- <br /> grammed for access to any area in any facility. <br /> • All visitors will be escorted by the appropriate employee or security agent <br /> and will never be left unattended at any time. Any visitor who requires ap- <br /> propriate access to a restricted access area must have specific permission to <br /> visit a particular area of the facility and be escorted at all times. <br /> • All visitor badges must be returned to the Company before exiting the facili- <br /> ty <br /> • No temporary badges will be issued for more than one day and all visitor <br /> badges will automatically expire at the end of the business day. <br /> • Any employee who observes anyone in the facility without a proper identi- <br /> fication badge has a duty to question the individual as to their purpose for <br /> being in the facility and to see the appropriate identification badge. Should <br /> anyone be found in the facility without the proper identification badge, <br /> employees are responsible for immediately notifying the Company. <br /> 9.17.12 Lost Visitor Badge <br /> When a visitor reports losing his or her visitor badge, the Company s will <br /> record the information in the visitor log. The lost visitor badge will be <br /> immediately deactivated and removed from the Company system. For each lost <br /> visitor badge, the Company must file an incident report. A weekly report of <br /> any lost or stolen badge will be generated for review by the Company and <br /> requisite authorities. <br /> 9.17.13 Visitor Log <br /> The Company will maintain an electronic visitor log for each visitor who enters <br /> any the facility. <br /> 9.17.14 Storage of Identification Badges — Pre-Issuance <br /> Any and all forms of identification badges to be issued by the Company must <br /> be secured in a locked safe until such time as they are issued.
