<br /> 11.1 Leased Greenhouse and Indoor Nursery Space
<br /> Twenty-eight ten thousand square feet in area greenhouses, or a lesser aggregate
<br /> combination thereof (Mixed Light Permits) will be available and leased for $30,000
<br /> per month each ($3.00 per square foot). Gross revenues amount to $840,000 per
<br /> month. NRCEF will build out the entire greenhouse, inclusive of automation and
<br /> lighting. Full smart phone monitoring and greenhouse automation will be available
<br /> along with access to closed circuit television in each house.
<br /> It is estimated to anticipate a 500-pound harvest four to five times annually per ten
<br /> thousand square foot house. Conservatively, 10 to 14-week crop cycles will allow
<br /> for at least 3.5 harvests per year. NRCEF will also provide leased indoor nursery
