The following <br /> conditions were applied: <br /> 1 . Planning Division: <br /> Provide 114 parking spaces as shown on the Development <br /> Plan. <br /> 2 . Terminal storm drainage shall be provided as shown on the <br /> Development Plan and shall meet County requirements . <br /> 3 . Local Health District : <br /> Obtain a sanitation permit from the Environmental Health <br /> Division. <br /> • The Planning Title permits 0-foot sideyard setbacks in the M-1 <br /> zone . <br /> • Should this division eventually be approved, the required <br /> parking will not be affected because a minimum of 50 spaces are <br /> required for Martin-Brower Co . , and 56 spaces are required for <br /> Fresh Start Bakeries . <br /> ° The existing septic tank and leach line for the adjoining develop- <br /> ment is located on Parcel 2A and is partly covered by parking <br /> spaces . <br />
