Facility, Ripon, CA <br /> Dear Mr. Pierce: <br /> On behalf of Nestle USA, Inc. (Nestle), Environmental Cost Management, Inc. (ECM) presents <br /> this Addendum to the 2011 Revised Feasibility Study Report(FS Addendum). <br /> This FS Addendum proposes groundwater extraction from two new wells to be installed in the <br /> Upper A Zone and Lower A Zone. The objective of the new wells is to improve hydraulic <br /> control and mass removal of contaminants of concern located in the Upper Aquifer. The <br /> treated water will be reinjected pursuant to a Waste Discharge Requirements permit. <br /> This FS Addendum addresses comments received from Central Valley`Regional Water Quality <br /> Control Board (RWQCB) staff during a December 12, 2013, meeting and in a RWQCB letter <br /> dated January 8, 2014. As requested by the RWQCB, this FS Addendum presents the current <br /> Upper Aquifer groundwater extraction and treatment plan.
