WILSON WAY , STOCKTON <br /> -------------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> The Building Division has the following comments on this <br /> application: <br /> 1 . A grading permit will be required for the excavating <br /> or filling of earth material . <br /> 2 . A grading plan shall be submitted to the Building Inspection <br /> Division and shall contain the information listed in the <br /> U.B . C . , Appendix, Chapter 70 , Section 7006( 1 ) . <br /> 3 . The grading plan shall include complete drainage details and <br /> elevations of the adjacent parcels . Retaining wall details <br /> shall be submitted where applicable . <br /> 4 . Subdivision grading in excess of 5 ,000 cubic yards shall <br /> comply with Section 7014 for "Engineered Grading <br /> Requirements . " <br /> 5 . All recommendations of the soils engineer shall be <br /> incorporated in the grading plans . <br /> 6 . All compaction reports must be submitted prior to <br /> issuance of a building permit . <br /> JH/tp <br />
