After discussing the location of the proposed
monitoring well site with our City Engineer the City would like to have the location moved to the parkway strip between
the sidewalk and curb on the east end of the property. This location was discussed in the field meeting between Mark
and 1.
Permit 4057
It was discussed in the field with Mark that ECM would coordinate access in and out of the two gates located directly
west of the proposed borings with the Ripon Unified School District prior to construction. This will be mentioned in the
encroachment permit conditions also.
I did receive the permits and pending no major setbacks I should be able to send them out at the beginning of next
week. After the locations are cleared of any utilities the City would like to view the exact locations prior to construction,
I will address this in the encroachment permit conditions as well.
JAMES PEASE
City of Ripon
Engineering Department
259 N.Wilma Ave.
Ripon Ca 95366
Phone: (209)599-21o8
Email: ipease(@citvofripon.org
From: Joey Pace rmailto:ioace@ecostmanaoe.com]
Sent: Wednesday, November 28, 2012 7:18 AM
To: James Pease
Cc: 'Tiffany Looff; 'Mark Czipka'; Binayak Acharya
Subject: Encroachment Permits 4057 and 4058
Good Morning James: After your meeting yesterday with Mark Czipka of ECM, I understand we are waiting for
confirmation that the city owns the land associated with the veteran's museum. After you are able to confirm this
information, can you please tell me the turn-around time for the permits? I would like to provide an update to the San
Joaquin County EPD.
On November 21,you should have received via Fed-Ex our permit applications, attachments, and payment(two
checks). Please let me know if you will need anything else from me prior to permit approval.
Thankyoul
1
