MONITORING AND REPORTING PROGRAM N0.99-079 -3- <br /> NESTLE USA-BEVERAGE COMPANY INC. <br /> RIPON FACILITY <br /> SAN JOQUIN COUNTY <br /> The Discharger shall submit a Pilot Test Summary Report to the Board 60 days after the 6 month <br /> potassium permanganate pilot study is completed. The report shall contain both tabular and graphical <br /> summaries of the monitoring data obtained during the 6 month pilot study, including the evaluations <br /> described in Provision No. 2.
