The attached <br /> memorandum also contains some significant comments regarding the vacuum <br /> extraction program, the proposed interim remedial actions at the M-8 location, <br /> and the adequacy of the Risk Assessment Report. <br /> A meeting to discuss the Nestle project and these comments is scheduled for 13 <br /> August 1990 at 1 :00 pm at the Board's offices in Sacramento.
