The memorandum
was telefaxed to Camp, Dresser, & McKee on 3 April . Please review the
comments and prepare a revised RI report, work plan, and time schedule. As
also discussed in the enclosed, a report regarding the on-site vapor
extraction effort, and a work plan for interim remedial measures at the M-8
location off-site, needs to be prepared. This may be a separate report, or
preferably, included as part of the to be revised RI report. As I have discussed with you by
telephone, the proposed second pilot test is acceptable. Please inform our
office when the test is initiated so we may visit the site or collect samples
if desired.
The Board continues to be pleased with both the progress and quality of
Nestle' s remedial investigation.
